For this product we will be looking at the diversity and cultural differences within the work place. This will be done through carefully planned and facilitated activities. All activities are designed to help employees to learn and understand more of each other.

The Dream Build is a great way to bring your CSI strategy from the boardroom table to life. A tangible challenge that gives your team the opportunity to not only learn more about team skills, their roles within the team and group behaviour but also to make a contribution to their community.

THE GREEN BUILD

The Green Build puts some real focus on sustainability and reducing our footprint in Namibia. By matching team activities with genuine environmental causes such as tree planting initiatives or wildlife conservation we engage your staff around your green strategies.

THE SONG

The purpose of this product is to create a song which will be produced by the group from start to finish. We will go through the whole creative process from writing to producing. The life we lead is pulled together with planning, communication, collaborations, achieving goals and failures with many momentous pivot points!

THE GARDEN

The focus of this activity is to bring team members together through a carefully designed product. The group is divided into workable groups. The task is to design and construct a mobile vegetable garden. Once completed the product is to be donated to charity of choice.

THE 5TH ELEMENT

This is truly a unique product to Teambuild Namibia. Bringing back the basics in a creative and traditional way. Through looking back we can come together and see the road forward.
